With a foundation in classical training, Aidan fearlessly navigates Joni Mitchell-esque alternate tunings, creating a captivating and ethereal sound that is accompanied by expertly crafted organic instrumentation. Hailing from Penticton, BC, Aidan Mayes honed her skills at the Canadian College of Performing Arts in Victoria, BC, graduating with honors. She also boasts the highest level of accreditation in Theory from the Royal Conservatory of Music. Passionate about sharing the gift of music, Aidan established the Aidan Mayes School of Music, a creative arts organization in the Okanagan. Through this venture, she provided world-class music instruction and promoted youthful exploration of the arts. As a dedicated music teacher and a dynamic live performer, Aidan Mayes continuously seeks to elevate the musical experiences of her audience, inspiring moments of joy, truth and inspiration.

In May 2021, Aidan released her fifth studio album, "Dream Again," a testament to her personal growth, self-love, and resilience in the face of challenges. Collaborating with award-winning producer Ryan Stewart, known for his work with artists such as Carly Rae Jepsen and Simple Plan, Aidan created a truly remarkable musical experience. The album showcases Aidan's vulnerability and creativity, as she fearlessly pours her heart into each and every track.

The success of this collaboration inspired Aidan to embark on her most ambitious project to date. In partnership with Ryan Stewart, she entered the studio in 2023 to create a breathtaking full-length solo album. Delicately releasing singles and original visual cover art by Marina Billinghurst through 2024 and early 2025, the highly anticipated unveiling of Aidan's magnum opus, "LOVE," is arriving everywhere on November 2025. Additionally, Aidan teamed up with renowned music producer DTO to reimagine one of her cherished tracks from "Dream Again," released in June 2023 reaching 27,000 streams in 4 weeks. Aidan's boundless drive, passion, and creativity know no limits, as she continues to reach for the stars and push the boundaries of her artistry.

Beyond her own musical endeavors, Aidan shares her expertise and passion through her 9-Week Musical Self-Care program, Play Your Song. This program aims to inspire adults of all skill levels to embark on their musical journey, exploring singing, strumming, and songwriting.
